If you book a paid coaching program, your participation is governed by the separate Coaching Agreement, which you accept at the point of purchase. Where these Terms and the Coaching Agreement conflict, the Coaching Agreement prevails for coaching-related matters.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.

Free downloadable resources (e.g. The Glitch Guide) are provided for personal informational use only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or used to develop competing products.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any losses you incur as a result of using them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomi Ventures Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our content, or our services.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
