I've hit rock bottom more than once.
I was obese as a child. Hospitalised in a cardiac ward for anorexia as a teenager. I published a book on it. You Are Not Your Eating Disorder.
Clinically depressed and anxious until my early 20s. Undiagnosed ADHD all the way through school - and somehow still graduated with a 99.95 ATAR, on no medication.
At 19, I fell asleep at the wheel, flipped my car and was cut out of the wreckage. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with chronic inflammatory bowel disease - some days I couldn't get out of bed.
I spent 15 years in media and advertising, with 4 years inside of TikTok as one of their first hires in Australia. I travelled the world, built creator programs from the ground up and interviewed celebrities. Then came the burnout.
I tried therapy. I tried medication. I tried positive thinking. None of it stuck - because none of it changed the system underneath.
So I built one that did.
I studied identity formation at a German research university. Trained in neuroscience coaching, conscious guided hypnosis, NLP and nutritional therapy. I've spent the last 3 years fully immersed in AI - building bespoke tools for businesses and creators, and weaving those same systems into how my clients rewire faster than they ever could alone.
The Glitch Method is the framework I used to rebuild myself - body, mind and identity. Now I help others do the same.
